These are the most effective ways to increase your willpower and give yourself the self-discipline you need to succeed.
The first one is simple:
Start eating healthy foods. Get rid of ANYTHING with processed sugars, take an alcohol break and limit your flour consumption. Add a leafy green vegetable with every single meal. Then, replace your drinks with Smart Water (or filtered water).
